Begin recording before opening the outer parcel.
Clearly show the intact, sealed package & shipping label.
Capture the entire opening process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
Clearly focus and display the exact issue or defect with the product.

Important: Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
